These terms apply whenever you browse shudhandvegan.com, message us on WhatsApp, or place an order with Shudh & Vegan ("we", "us"). By ordering from us, you agree to them.

1. Who We Are

Shudh & Vegan is a small-batch food business based in Delhi NCR, India, operating under FSSAI Lic. No. [XXXXXXXXXXXXX]. Registered business details: [Legal Entity Name & Address — to be added once registration is complete].

2. Orders

An order is confirmed once we acknowledge it — over WhatsApp, phone, or this website — and, where applicable, payment or a COD booking is verified. We reserve the right to decline or limit an order, for example if an ingredient is temporarily unavailable or a delivery address falls outside our serviceable area; we'll tell you as soon as we know.

3. Pricing

Prices shown are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices for festival and bulk items may change between seasons; the price confirmed to you at the time of order is what you'll be charged.

4. Product Information

We describe our ingredients and process as accurately as we can, including on every label. Because every batch is handmade, minor natural variation in shape, size and colour between batches is normal and not a defect. All products are prepared in a kitchen that also handles tree nuts — please see the allergen information on your product label.

5. Payments

We accept UPI, major cards, and Cash on Delivery on eligible orders. You're responsible for providing accurate payment and delivery information; we're not liable for delivery issues caused by incorrect details provided at checkout.

6. Shipping, Refunds & Cancellations

These are covered in full in our separate Shipping Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy, which form part of these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

The Shudh & Vegan name, logo, rangoli mark, packaging design and website content belong to us and may not be reproduced or used commercially without written permission.

8. Limitation Of Liability

We handle every order with care, but to the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the value of that order. We're not responsible for delays or issues caused by third-party couriers once a package leaves our kitchen, beyond the remedies set out in our Shipping and Refund policies.

9. Changes To These Terms

We may update these terms occasionally, for example as our shipping partners or registration details change. The version posted here is always the current one.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi, India.
